  • You will automatically get a receipt if paid with a card, or we will send one with cash or Bank Transfers.
  • You will also receive a booking confirmation that says "flowers" on your wedding date, meaning your are all booked in - enjoy all your planning we are here to support you, and have many trusted suppliers we can recommend if required. 
  • Approx 2 months before your final payment becomes due, you will get an automatic reminder of your quotation with a note to advise you to book your final meeting.
  • We meet up and run through everything in detail to make sure the day runs perfectly.  Any changes from original quotation will be discussed also, Almost everyone changes things, so don`t worry! 
  • We will then send a final invoice after this meeting with the payment due 28 days from your wedding date.
  • We post pictures of your conditioning flowers when then arrive on Facebook so you can relax with the knowledge that we are ready to go !  No completed flowers will be posted until after your wedding, 
  • Book your consultation online with the book now button at the top of this page or contact us however you choose.. email, FB, insta, WhatsApp or phone.
  • We will confirm availability for your date by sending a "Pencilled in" appointment or will contact you to provide alternative trusted florists details
  • You will get a reminder 48 hrs before meeting and you can reschedule your appointment from the email link on this or original booking confirmation 
  • We Look forward to hearing all your ideas in the meeting and help to get the best for your budget. in a friendly non pushy way - this is your wedding and it will be your way!

Booking process 

After Consultation

  • We will deliver and set up all items as per final invoice, and check this off.
  • You are provided with a contact number at final consultation of the person who is delivering, and those details will be on all flowers delivered for ease.
  • Enjoy getting ready and have a perfect day


Day after - we will collect any hired items as per invoice, refunding any security deposits taken  upon successful collection.
If you invoice states that you will return items, we will most likely have sorted out this in advance, if not let us know!!

Consultation 

Morning of the wedding 

  • We will send your quotation via online system (usually within 7 days, Wed is admin day in peak season)
  • You can  ...
  1. except the quotation given by clicking "accept quotation button"
  2. Contact us to discuss alternatives
  3. Ignore the quotation and after 14 days your pencilled date will be deleted from the diary.  We are confident in our pricing and service and leave it to you to decide - No pushy sales calls we promise!!​
  • Once quote is excepted will turn this into an invoice for payment of deposit with details of final payment dates etc including T&Cs
  • we are here to support and help you
